Anybody fish the Magnum Warts? If so, any success? I never hear anyone mentioning them in all the Wiggle Wart discussions.

Have never done terribly well with them. Have caught a few, usually in dirty water with the brighter colors. Can't seem to hit them on the craw colors. Does not make a lot of sense b/c I can catch them on a craw or rootbeer FF shad, or a craw DD14 at times.

One less thing you need to order I guess...

They are an excellent trolled walleye bait for the times I need to hit 25 to 30 feet deep.

I've caught several on it but I use 12-15lb big game instead of 10lb. I really prefer the wee wart on 6lb test and a spinning rod. When they are really on the wart bite I'll have all three tied on.

Yes I throw them. With the deeper water in the dam area sometimes you need something to hit a little deeper and I can hit about 5 feet or so deeper on the mag wart than the standard wart. Not really sure why more guys don't throw the mag size warts.

I've had good luck on Mag Warts in the Potholes Reservoir in Washington but have yet to fish them much here. It sounds like I may have to dig a few out and add to the collection.
