Hello I Need A Little Help

Hey guys I'm new here. I pretty much target bass only, and I'm needing some advice on treble hooks for the rc stx jerkbait ive tried #6 kvd short shank triple grips n they cause the bait to sink a bit faster than I like, I'm lookin for something tht will not impede with this bait suspending any advice would be very much appreciated!

Several of the guys in my club like VMC Barbarian trebles. I think they have a little bit lighter wire too, which would help with maintaining neutral bouyancy. Welcome to the site!

Hey thanks guy! Ive read quite a bit on the deathtraps n have been thinking about trying them. The vmc barbarians ive not heard of probably because tackle warehouse doesnt stock them, I did a google search for them and they seem to be difficult to find. Any suggestions on where I could find them in stock?

a $3.99 file from wally world will work wonders on any hook issues. Three swipes on ton top, both sides, and bottom. If you lose a fish then, you can just gripe like the guys who didn't win the classic.

Every time I have purchased them ( VMC BARBARIANS ) I did so @ CABELA'S. According to there WEB-SITE www.cabelas.com they have them in stock in sizes 2 - 4 - 6 & in colors black & red. I have used them for years, they are a good quality hook & can be hard to find.
