jolicious Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Hey guys, One of the places I order lure blanks has something akin to Wiggle Warts for sale. He just started carrying them (had a mold built based off of an old one or something - I am not sure exactly). Anyway, I had 10 delviered to the house last night (simply for Quality Assurance purposes, of course), and they pass the eye test. Haven't painted / fished them yet, but they look good. What are the rules for posting a link to a business on here? I certainly appreciate what Mr. Phil does for us here, and wouldn't want to disrespect that.
dtrs5kprs Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Rules? We seem to be mostly free range here, as long as everyone is treated well. Probably why it is such a good site. Anyway...think someone beat you to posting that link a day or so ago. It is in the increasingly monolithic and all encompassing wiggle wart thread down the page.

Jerry Rapp Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 the real question, are the original warts better than the Ned rig?
jerry241 Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Oh man i don't think we even want to start that discussion
dtrs5kprs Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 the real question, are the original warts better than the Ned rig? Not even close. Really, just not close. Could even see myself heading to the lake at some point without a hard bait in the boat. Ned is pretty close to that now.
Guest Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Swimming the Ned or the Biffle head has really taken the place of crankbaits for me. Of course there are times when the wiggle wart is lights out, but its a situational bait. The Ned rig has proven to catch fish year round. Plus, I don't have to repaint them.
