the red sox sure are revamping for next year. Unless the Cardinals start hitting, you have nothing to worry about. They will still lose more games than not by 2 to 1, 3 to 1, or 1 to 0. Pretty anemic hitting club.

Wow, I've been out all day and missed all this trade news. Sox sure unloaded, I hope they got something in return. Not sorry to see Drew go, I don't even know why they signed him this year, should have left Bogaerts at short.

drew can't hit, but he is pretty slick in the field. besides getting cespedes from oakland, the red sox got nothing in return for anybody

Craig and Kelly for a 35 year old John Lackey seems like a hell of a deal for the red sox to me.

i don't feel it was worth it, 1 decent player and 1 unproven pitcher vs. 1 battle tested veteran, who after tommy john surgery, has a young arm again.
