Well Bill you patrolled up here. you know what its like. From what I am seeing posted you all down there will catch up with us up here. I will no go out on this lake on weekends and have doubts about some evenings during the week. I think some of them. are blind. some SB wanted direction from me last week one evening and by the time i turned around and knew he was there he was angry with me for ignoring him as were some of the people in his boat. What is strange about it is on both sides of my boat just in back of the numbers in 2" bright orange bold letters are the ward DEAF.

Plug it is amazing. Back in my days on Lake O, even on Holiday weekends we had some real idiots, but those people would be Rocket Scientist compared with what we have now.

With the speed power and size of the water craft today plus the inability to think in a rational manner and just that everything is not about me, it is a very formidable situation.

I can never remember ever!!! seeing anyone tow skiers in the fog EVVVEEERRR!!!

I've seen it in the dark. Fog....dark.....no different.

Thus why I'm home this weekend. I've got weekdays during the summer for the rest of my life to be on the lakes or rivers...

Good point.

Seriously though....is that considered terroristic threatening or assault??

I would take what the pleasure boaters do as a terroristic threat, and in that case i have the right to defend myself

It depends on your interpretation of what a threat is versus what the court says it is.
