Yes, it has...we know that what we are putting together will work, we are doing the finishing stages of design which mostly is working on reduction of costs to produce our idea. Sorry if anyone was offended of me sort of hijacking this thread for gain...it just kind of seemed to fit the conversation. I was reading along thinking wow, I know we can help reduce the problem. basscat123 I'm very interested in your solution. As for the money involved, that's a tough one. Seems like everything we touch these days cost hundreds of dollars. I've got a camera and a couple of local alarm devices for dock boxes and that was around 500, so if your idea works and truly protects my equipment then I would be willing to pay up! Keep us updated and you might want to advertise on here once you get to market, this forum gets a lot of eyeballs.

Well, I had hoped that and didn't think so but, wanted to throw that out there and make sure. We will continue to work on making our idea as inexpensive as possible for everyone and had hoped to be able to advertise on here in the near future. Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.

Folks, something to think about.........The government continues to steal from our pockets more and more every day in ways unimaginable, yet what have we the people done about it??? Did you all hear about the gentleman in Washington state a couple weeks ago who was arrested for collecting rain water on his own property??? Now were thieves for collecting rain water! When are we going to quit accepting our fate as it becomes of us and start making a stand?!

Wow. That's like saying the arsonist/murderer landlord who burned his rent house for the insurance money (with one of the tenants inside) was arrested for "maintaining his property".

In the case you refer to (in Oregon, not Washington), the man was fined $1500 and sentenced to 30 days for his unpermitted construction of three resevoirs that dammed one of the feeder streams that serves, among others, a municipal water source downstream, a violation of state water laws in place since 1925.
