Feathers and Fins Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Aggies could be a sleeper. More like Nightmare, im betting at this point all their opponents are now going WTH and having to break out the book. I was thinking a SC had this and at 7 I would be watching Ole Miss. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Quillback Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Kenny Hill looked mighty impressive last night. Aggies have a tough schedule this year, at Alabama and at Auburn. The Auburn game could be a fun one to watch.
Feathers and Fins Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 According to Spurrier the Aggies had been playing "barely Division I schools" I guess the GC's are in that list now also. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Quillback Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 HAHA, looks like Spurrier will be eating a little crow for breakfast today.
Feathers and Fins Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Yes he is. I couldn't believe he said that looking over the Aggies schedule. To say any SEC school had a light schedule is just stupid. When he said it I looked up their schedule over the last two year in 2012 they lost to LSU and Florida both recent National champs, But the Aggies Beat the Sooners in the Cotton Bowl no easy task. In 2013 they lost to Alabama, Auburn, LSU and Mizzou. But beat Duke in the Chiky bowl. I guess if your going to play Barely Div 1 Schools and loose to them it should be just Barely Div 1 schools who have all only won the National Championship or played for the SEC Title. I laughed so hard. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
ruthead Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Poor Spurrier. Ya just know he was talkin to himself and throwin things all night. Just goes to show ya still gotta play the game before ya know who's gonna win. That's why I love college football. Hope my TIGERS have another stunning year. A good "O" line is the best place to start and they're supposed to be strong there. Good running back, receivers that got good playin time last year and hopefully someone will break out as a star. Mauk will do just fine. Once again good "D" ends and a good linebacking crew. "D" backs will have to prove themselves. Should be another great year! M.I.Z....... Quillback Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I think I saw Mizzou on the Aggies schedule. Should be a good matchup.
ruthead Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I think I saw Mizzou on the Aggies schedule. Should be a good matchup. Yep. Looks like it might be at tougher game than some thought. "Pretty soon we may not have any rights left because it might infringe on someone's rights"
Flysmallie Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 HAHA, looks like Spurrier will be eating a little crow for breakfast today. I think his time has come. Time to let someone else take over that program.
stlfisher Posted August 29, 2014 Author Posted August 29, 2014 A and M looked awfully impressive last night and Carolina looked terrible on defense. Both will probably not play to those extremes the rest of the year, but it sure shakes things up in both divisions. The SEC West just looks brutal this year.
