Made a trip over there today. I had purchased some items online, that I wanted to return and/or exchange.

The customer service reps were great. I was able to get credit for my returns and exchange a reel that I bought the wrong size online.

I had a pair of Guidewear bibs that failed on me and I was able to get partial store credit. I did not have a receipt, but it was Cabela's brand stuff. I thought they were more than fair.

The store is beautiful. Well stocked and well organized. I certainly did not have the store to myself, but it wasn't the Zoo that the Springfield BPS always seems to be.

I really was happy with the service and the store. I look forward to going again.

The young ladies that help me at the Customer Service desk were great. I overheard one guy going off on a young man at the Customer Service Desk. The customer misread the mailer he got. It said spend >$100 in the Bargin Cave and get an additional $30 off.

He spend > $100 in the main store and was mad he didn't get $30 off. He stormed off in a huff saying he'd never be back.

Holy Crap. I didn't know that many motorcycles existed. It definitely impacted traffic. I knew to stay away on a FB saturday in Piggy City, but I learned to stay away on this weekend too.

We were third car on scene after guy ate a rock wall west of Eureka Springs. EMS arrived quickly. I don't think they were too terribly injured.

Crazy amount of bikes and amazingly enough not all the women on back of the motorcycles were fat.

That run to Eureka Springs seems to be a popular one. Came back from Table Rock on Friday, 62 west bound was almost a constant stream of motorcycles heading out that way.

Bikes, Blues, and BBQ. Huge event every year down there. I was helping a friend move his now wife from Rogers back to Goodman Mo and we saw all kinds of bikes and a LOT of law enforcement out. I like the new store, but was disappointed that it didn't carry a lot more of there stuff like a bigger store carries.
