jeb Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Only because the casters have closed-lip syndrome. It's not so much that. It just seems like there is very little interest in that kind of fishing in this forum. John B 08 Skeeter SL210, 225F Yamaha
Champ188 Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Agreed, Jeb. By the way, I got a prorated deal on my Bella Vista boat stickers since the Ranger has never been registered, so you and QB may be noticing some hook holes in the lips of your pets.
J-Doc Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 I still have lots of interest in it. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!

Hey now, it took us a long time and a lot of goldfish to train those 10 lbers to come to the boat when we turn the Hydrowave on, so you just stay away.
J-Doc Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 I'm honestly not a believer yet with the hydrowave. I've seen it on many times without luck. However.. ...in the right application, I bet it could work. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! Quillback Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 I don't have one, but I have talked to two people who do and they consider them to be useless..
Champ188 Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Maybe in certain circumstances but KVD runs one and missed the Classic this year for the first time in 24 years. Hmmm. Guess the Hydrowave didn't help him much.
J-Doc Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 He owns Hydro Wave. Him and another pro. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!
jolicious Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 KVD and Jeff Kreit own Hydrowave. Now then, it's not the be-all end-all, and KVD has been quoted many times saying as such. Jason: remember the phone video I had a couple years ago from Blackburn when that school of minnows stayed with a few feet of the boat until I turned it off; then they went away, then I turned it back on and they appeared again? I think it helps keep active shad active, and of there are shad in a cove just hanging out, the machine can get them moving a bit. Does that male bass bite? Heck if I know - but I can make shad wake up with it.
