Dad and I took a break from fishing one day a month or so ago. He and I have always been intrigued by what lies beneath Table Rock. We both have a the large USGS maps of the 1948 land survey for the resevoir project. It shows buildings, roads, cemetaries and such, very intersting. Most of us have all seen pictures of the old bridge, but we wanted to see if we could spot it on my down imaging. After some zig-zags and searching it appeared on the screen. Not the best pic, but I thought it's worth sharing. I believe it lies between the 2nd and 3rd pylon on the north end about 100 yards to the west of the bridge if I remember correctly. No GPS on my finder.

If anyone has anything to add like this I'd love to see it.

That's cool. Thanks for sharing. If you have a smart phone, you can save the coordinates. It you can guess the general location on Google Earth and post the coordinates here. Anyone with downscan will find it. And side scan....well there is no hiding from it. :-)

Very cool! I wish it were 60' or so shallower.

I love the pic in the bowling alley in kc of the bridge. I'd like to have one for the fishing room.

While enjoying some wings and pizza I was very fortunate to buy one of those collage pictures of the bridges. They had it off the wall while moving things around and accepted my offer. Never hurts to ask.

Here's an old pic I found from a fellow OAF member...

That's a cool picture!

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
