Well Jerry, your scenario is starting to look likely, Mizzou has a couple of challenging games left, at the Vols and then a tough Hawgs team at home, but I believe that with the victory over GA, they can lose one more and still go to the championship. I'd love to see Mizzou lose to the Vols, not because I'm a Mizzou hater, but it would make that last game with Arkansas an important game.

Who's victory over GA??

Mizzou has to win the next two games to stay atop the East.

Since we got womped by GA and they beat Auburn last night, we had to win our last three to win the East.

We beat A&M and must contiune that streak with the next two games.

If we beat Tenn., the AR game will be very important!!

If we loose to Tenn, not so much.

The UT game will be interesting. But ultimately I don't think their o-line can hold up to Ray/Golden. It's a "should-win" game, even if it's not a sure thing.

If we win, that Arkansas/Mizzou game will be epic. Mizzou playing for the east, Arkansas playing for bowl eligiblity which is suddenly within reach.

Mauk actually looked really good on the short passes yesterday...longer passes not so much. He's been better on long passes in the past. If he can get both working, he could actually be a difference maker. Just wish he wouldn't throw behind receivers on crossing routes.

With some exceptions (especially the false start penalties) the o-line looked far better last night, too. The receivers didn't drop hardly any balls. Hansbrough was a stud and Murphy looked good, too.

Losing two players in the secondary (first half, anyway) didn't hurt them much, and while the defense didn't seem to be as good as it has been, it still held a high-powered offense to fewer points, yards, and yards per play than they've been averaging, as the defense has done in EVERY SEC game. Terrific game saving play when ATM was on the two yard line on fourth down.

I don't get that warm and fuzzy feeling but we just seem to keep getting the job done. Beat UT and the "rivalry" game with Ark may just intensify greatly in it's early stages.

I hope we can beat UT. I plan to be at the Arkansas game. I really want that one to end with an East title and a potential field storming.

Anyway,UT fans are super annoying. I really do not want to deal with the aftermath of a Mizzou loss in that game.
