bs1827 Posted January 30, 2015 Author Posted January 30, 2015 I count that as a big win! Thank you to everyone who has voiced their opinion on the matter, especially those who have written to our reps. 1 down 12 to go...
rFisherk Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Maybe they are starting to feel a little push back. Calls, emails and letters may have had something to do with it. Thanks you all very much. But there's still of lot of bad legislation on the docket and much more to come.
bs1827 Posted February 2, 2015 Author Posted February 2, 2015 Here's a poll from from Brent Frazee at the Kansas City Stare about the recent bills. At this point, 79% of the polls 600 responders are completely against the bills. http://www.kansascity.com/sports/outdoors/article8627708.html

Jeff Tief Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Did get an e-mail from the State Senator late last week and he also stated he opposes any bill that negatively affects our hunting and fishing programs. bs1827 1
Members LunkerB Posted February 3, 2015 Members Posted February 3, 2015 Mdc's funding allows them to keep Missouri a desirable place to go enjoy the outdoors. 80% of the county I am in is public land and full of deer, elk, and antelope and yet I would rather be hunting whitetails in Missouri during the fall. The type of people in this country that would sacrifice our outdoor resources for anything political or personal are a threat to us all. Missouri just has a large population of cancerous hillbilly morons that infect the whole gene pool. I might be a hillbilly from Missouri too but at least Im not such a fool to throw my kids outdoor opportunities out the window because of political bs. I will be driving out the darn mountains 1000 miles to go hang out with my friends at Bennett Springs and Taney at the end of the month maybe not for the stockers but for the experience. It is special in Missouri and a lot nicer than any of the states touching it. I have had so many great experiences in Missouri outdoors and it would be shame to end up being a craphole with less public land or public water access. Missouri needs more bigger tracts of public land in central and northern parts of the state. let Mdc use the extra $ buying land everyone can use. Munflinger is a D*$kh*le
ness Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 It became evident that the bill was a joke, and he didn't want to risk his career as a lawmaker on a POS like that. More to come. John
rFisherk Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Make public how you feel about all this. Please follow the link post by BS and take the pool. It's a simple one question poll.
