Feathers and Fins Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Would you mind sending some of YOUR birds down here, I need to speak to them. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
JohnP Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 When your done with them over there FnF send them back over this way before the 25th. I've got a few things I need to discuss with em as well .
Bird Watcher Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I'd highly recommend a reconnaissance of your favorite late season spot.
jdmidwest Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Tell them to come over here, we are a refuge now. I was sitting out at a local fishing lake on Friday watching divers dump in by the flocks. Now we get a duck pushing front! "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
Boobie Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 Birdwatcher, Do you need anyone to cut your grass this summer?
BilletHead Posted January 9, 2015 Author Posted January 9, 2015 No,no,no Boobie I am BirdWatchers apprentice, Birds had left the roost next to this place. As of this morning froze over. BirdWatcher, At the "Z" location there are approx. 500 still there. Talked to big John "Z" and the "boys" will be getting them this weekend. Not sure what or how they are going to do this as the open water is a good thirty yards from shore? Bird Watcher Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Whatever BH! I'm not the master of anything except my domain. I have the OL making me a sammich as we speak. I sure am glad she doesn't log in here like your's does. Z's pond will be done. They've done that before. One or two good volleys and get out the baitcasters. I bet the birds end up at that lake I told you about SE of there about 5-6 miles.
Feathers and Fins Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I just got the worse image of Chris and Marty in Brown robes, but Marty had a braided pigtail saying yes Master there is always 2 no more no less. lol https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
BilletHead Posted January 10, 2015 Author Posted January 10, 2015 We are the Zen of mallards hunters. Be patent young master, may the force of the North Winds be with you in your quest, This being said there isn't much around BilletHeadville today. Have made a long trip from home looking. Either have to try to run afternoon traffic for canadas or just sit up in a field for ducks and hope there is a group looking for field. Anyway we try it may be just a long afternoon look into the sky. It has warmed from 7 this morning to 34!
