Bass Enforcer Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Hunter awesome boat! I was recently looking at a used charger. Great boats! I have not ridden in a charger but I have heard that champion is a very similar hull design. Both of which ride extremely well. I now have a champion which I can now say first hand they ride very smooth! Mines not a new one though. I do wish I had the storage chargers have.
J-Doc Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 What I meant was I don't see any of them on either tour (FLW or BASS). That surprises me. I'd expect a few. Legend has come on the scene strong the last several years. Maybe Charger will as well. Even f they do.t, oh well. As long as they stay in business and make great boats.....good for them. That 186 and multi species has me thinking....... And I just got a new ride. Lol Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!
Hunter53 Posted January 31, 2015 Author Posted January 31, 2015 Just saw some photos on their Facebook page. Just cannot see why they are not more mainstream and as popular as other brands. These are some slick looking rigs. Very nice looking. I'm very impressed. And the price point is highly competitive. Yet I've not seen them at a boat show or anything. Really odd. Super nice rig man. Bet you're very proud. I would be. I think they are not more well known as they just have not really ever sponsored people or pay people for placing in tournaments. They also don't seem to run ads or commercials. Seems they rely more on word of mouth to promote their boats. Must work as they made it through all the tough financial times that a lot of other boat companies didn't so I am not gonna question them. They do have the Fishing University guys using Charger 797's this year. On the February 10th show they will feature Charger boats so make sure to check it out. It is on the outdoor channel. West Central marine supposedly had a couple at the Kansas City show this last weekend.

If a person does a lot of walleye fishing it is a great rig. My brother actually just bought a 210 SUV last year. That baby REALLY rides nice!!
Bass Enforcer Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 I love watching fishing university. Great show! I'm glad you said something about it. I got a new dvr and lost all my fishing shows. I'm gonna schedule it now. I ran into Charlie Ingram at the rock one day. Nice guy.
Hunter53 Posted January 31, 2015 Author Posted January 31, 2015 Very nice boat Hunter. With a boat that nice looking the fish should just want to jump in for a ride! Man you don't know how bad I wish that were true; then I could actually post pictures of fish!! LOL
J-Doc Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Oh I bet it does. I like how it's laid out like a Creastlner or Lund but a glass package. Great big lake boat. I got my little RT188 in July and I'm already looming at my next boat. Lol!! Probably 5yrs down the road but boat shopping is so fun. :-) My next one may be a deep v river aluminum jet boat like they use in Alaska. Ride good on rough water, power to boot, great troller. Then again I may get a bigger bass boat. Who knows. But it's fun looking. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! He actually went through 3 different models over the years trying to find one that road good(dealer was close so that is why he went with them). Finally gave up and listened to me and got a Charger!! My buddy has a 20ft lund and it is a nice boat for sure and rides much better than the crestliner but still doesn't compare to the charger.
Bass Enforcer Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 I would like to see some pics of the compartments/storage.
