Quillback Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Randy Howell has caught a good one and so has Rojas.
Quillback Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Internet here: http://www.bassmaster.com/bassmaster-classic-live Ashley already has a limit, slow rolling that fish head spin with a fluke.
moguy1973 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Love being able to hook my MacBook up to my big screen Looks a lot warmer down there for them today, relatively speaking I guess... Seeing the electronics these guys have on their boats boggles my mind. Two huge screens on the dash, two more up on the bow... -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
Quillback Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Catching seems to have really slowed down, at least for the guys on camera. Early morning bite, then it has really slowed down.
LittleRedFisherman Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I remember the days this was covered live on ESPN 2, guess there be a recap next weekend on one of the outdoor networks? There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
Quillback Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 I believe they do the recap the weekend of 3/7 and 3/8, and I also believe it is on ESPN2.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I wish it was covered live too. Pete
moguy1973 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I thought they said this is the first time ever that the Classic has been covered live like it is. On the boat, happening in real time. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
Quillback Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Catching has really slowed down. That's one thing you get watching it live, you get to see those dead spells and it gives you a better sense of what it is like, rather than watching a highlight summary that shows guys catching fish every minute. It looks to be really tough fishing out there right now, at least for the guys being filmed.
