...so if you get bored with the Classic coverage, Charlie Ingram's Fishing University is featuring the Spro Rock Crawler today.

Guide says Norris Lake (TN) with John Crews and Mike McClelland. Outdoor Channel at 3pm. Looks like it was on earlier this week.

Format is usually sort of gimmicky, but it should be a good chance to see the bait in action.

I guarantee they won't tell it like it is. From what I've read the Rock Crawler isn't anything like the Pre-Rapala warts...doesn't have the wide wobble or the hunting action that the warts have. They say it's more like a Bomber Model 7a in how it swims.

That is the bait it reminds me of, based on size in hand, and the limited video available. Have to assume Mike knows something. Obviously the lip is quite different from the 7A.
