WoundedOne Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Neosho fish hatchery is having there annual rainbows for veterans free fishing day at the hatchery from 9am 2 pm. This is a great event for all who come no equipment needed it will be provided if you do not have gear. Lunch will be served and lots of other stuff. "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
