balsabee Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I keep pics of all the baits that look good for future painting reference. I have several more....I just gave you a taste of some of my favorites.
Champ188 Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Don, there will be each day when i get off the water accompanied by photos. I really appreciate everyone's input. Like i said before, i probably have read almost every post that is on this forum all the way back. This has always been a forum full of knowledgeable individuals willing to share information. You guys have yourself a pretty awesome community !Thanks again everyone. Joe Joseph, it would be very nice to know how you are doing every day and I hope you'll let us know. But please be very judicious in telling how/where you are fishing until your derby is over. You aren't the only collegiate angler who is fishing that tournament reading this forum. I can promise you that. Joseph Sittler 1

But please be very judicious in telling how/where you are fishing until your derby is over. You aren't the only collegiate angler who is fishing that tournament reading this forum. I can promise you that. One hundred percent guarantee that is accurate. I would wait until after the last one hit the scales to provide much info other than pics. Even then you need to be careful as a lot of folks will work to recognize your background. A lot of times I try to shoot pics facing the middle of the creek or lake. Champ188 and Joseph Sittler 2
Champ188 Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 There are tons more folks who read this forum than post, and that's fine. It's one heckuva source of information and sometimes entertainment. Just be aware you are telling lots of folks a lot of stuff you've worked hard for. Joseph Sittler 1
Members Joseph Sittler Posted April 2, 2015 Author Members Posted April 2, 2015 I appreciate the information and concern. I know those guys are on here. But i have been a big believer that there is still a skill in actually finding the fish, and abilities in fisherman's presentation of the bait. But yes, you are all correct, i should be judicious and not show pictures, areas, and baits until after the big show. Thanks
willyfish Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Joseph I read earlier you were from around Toledo Bend. How does this forum rate for information compared to the forums in Texas or Louisiana. I heard they fish a little bit down that way, just curious.
Guest Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 BalsaBee, What type of clearcoat is that? Epoxy or automotive? Looks great
balsabee Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I don't know....those are just pics I keep for color reference. I use an epoxy concrete sealer from menard's
Guest Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 You were showing off pics from eBay or wherever to keep as reference? I've done that too. How do you like the concrete sealer? I'm up for anything new, especially matte finish.
Guest Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Phantom green coated in epoxy Red craw coated in plasti dip
