Members rexlives Posted May 5, 2015 Members Posted May 5, 2015 I hope you realize how blessed you are to be able to get out on this beautiful fishery. I made my first ever trip down to Table Rock on 05-01 to 05-02 to fish the BFL as a Co-angler. I absolutely fell in love with the scenery and fishing on this lake. On 05-01 while out practicing I caught my first meanmouth as well as saw a bald eagle snatching a shad out of the water. I realize this may be common occurence for you that are local, but for a city boy from STL this is something I don't ever get to see. It was absolutely mesmerizing and required 100% concentration on fishing to not get lost in the scenery. I also wanted to thank you guys for the tips shared on this forum. I'm far from a clearwater fisherman, but with the advice and reports on here was able to put together some confidence and a pattern to place pretty well in the tournament.
