It's a SMP pro control model. It's is PVC / ABS plastic I believe. It comes with the box mounting screws the hole template and also a drain hose so it doesn't fill with water. The hole deminsions will be 9 7/8 x19 1/4 with a 1 inch flange around that for 360 degrees .

it installs and looks like this Sac Jim has one it it is very nice looks to be the same model also
