I know this has happened to other members... it's been firewall issues and browser issues. But this member says he doesn't think it's either.

Any ideas? He's running a PC, at home.

Maybe try a different DNS server like Google.

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

could be his modem sometimes i have to reset my network adapter.

That would be weird if it is just OA. Could be a problem with his security software, . I am wondering what he sees when he tried to access OA? Any kind of error message or anything like that.
