I say its a hybrid cuz its flat and tall, where a striper would be more tube shaped, plus im looking at a broken line right now, though its only 1 sacle out of place. This is a creek off the missouri river. there's a overflow discharge pump thats been going off every 15 min for the last few weeks. all the others i catch have broken stripes and are clearly wiper. although this fish was about 5-6 inches past most of the other wiper i've ever caught

but distinctly different i think....as the banding is not nearly as solid and the fish is very slender and tubelike... wereas my boy looks big in the shoulder... I still say hybrid

100% Its a hybrid. Look at the difference in the lines between the picture f&F posted and yours, especially the alternating faint and distinct lines on your fish as opposed to the all solid lines on the fish below. Also in your third picture right beside your pinky finger. THere's the irregular scales. Nice fish.
