Short report from saturday night. Fished in dam area and caught 10 keepers up to 3 1/2 pounds. Fished all night and best bite was before midnight. Big worms and brushhogs where the ticket. Stayin in 25 feet of watre throwing up into 10. Most fish bit on first drop but like wrench stated if you hit cover popping it off sometimes got a bite. Good night for me as LOZ usually kicks my butt.

Not bad, Trapshot25. The bites on the initial fall are happening alot for us too.

We graphed a little nothing-looking point yesterday and it had fish all over it (otherwise we probably would have never even bothered fishing it), I caught a 5 and my partner caught a 3 then I lost another nice one. There was no cover anywhere close and the bottom felt smooth and featureless so I'm not sure why they were there but I'm assuming there was a decent sized school of bass hanging around there.

The rough water and traffic at the mouth of the Gravi is ridiculous. There's alot of stuff I want to fish around there but I can't get out early enough to be able to fish it.

It was rough when we took off at 7pm, hid in a cove till about 10 then made our way down to dam. Not as bad, oh fish seemed to like when band at bar to their break. music playing and no bites. They were not the greatest singers in the world LOL

The water rediculous all the way up to COCO Nuts Wrench. And there is no hiding back in the coves anymore eother. Mill creek has become where they all go to Water Ski and Gladstone has not been much better only wider. I think going to take advantage of the weather right now and go to the lower Gravois.

My daughter and her husband got 17 crappie last night around midnight under the light. Nothing great just keeper crappie.

I have caught some good fish around those "blue clouds" recently.

Gibson from 11-1 and 4-6 any weekend is the worst spot on the lake. There will be a mile of lake off to port and they will zoom by at 25 feet on the shallow side. I'm sure there have been a few customers to see Wrench after cutting that corner......and yea Plug, they are running to/from Coconuts or Dry Branch...
