Family River Scouting Trip

Got done with work around 11:00 today and my vacation was officially on! I had been wanting to hit a little river about 45 minutes away for the last couple years, but never have made myself do it. With all afternoon and nothing to do, we loaded up the kids and kayaks and went on a little bronze mining adventure. Long story short, gorgeous river LOTS of fish for both kids, and a great afternoon.

Day 2

My favorite local river. Paddled up a mile or so and floated back. 2.5 hrs on the water, 38 fish half were better than 12, 6 went 14-15"

Off to the Little Red tomorrow for a few days. Trout mode.
