Our numbers have dwindled, haven't they.  

I understand about cancelations.  I was going to stay Friday night and now I'm not.  I'll kick in a couple of hundred- call it an OA expense.  

So my part will be $250 for lodging.  You guys can refigure what others will pay from there.
