wareaglecamo Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 couldn't resist riding along with my wife on a short trip from our home in Springfield to Kimberling City yesterday . . . no boat, just threw a couof the vehicle and off we went . . . she dropped me off at a boat ramp in the Kimberling City area while she ran her errand . . . I only had about 45 minutes . . . I walked the windiest bank I could find casting up ahead and parallel to the bank using the WP perch-color 130 with a steady medium/fast retrieve . . . BINGO! I managed to bring this guy in with a number of his buddies following him all the way to the bank . . . the WP continues to amaze me:) magicwormman, rps, kdc and 2 others 5
Members Fishin4Fun Posted November 13, 2015 Members Posted November 13, 2015 Very nice! Love when a quick trip produces like that. Great job! m&m Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Nice fish. I'm gonna remember to keep a rod and reel with me when I accompany my wife on errands. I usually go with her. Never thought about letting her run an errand and I would fish. And she said yes when you asked her to drop you at the ramp? HMMM.... I need to know your secret on that conversation. That is as valuable as your fishing report. Mike magicwormman, big c and Donna G 3
