Had a new 6 wt I needed to break in and got a couple hours off this afternoon so i went to the river. I think stripping streamers would work VERY well, but it is incredibly tight quarters on the sections I usually fish. Roll casting is the name of the game (Although roll casting streamers is no different than a heavy double nymph indicator rig?)

If cloudy go big. A good brown will eat something 4-4.5" long in clear water. 5 to 7" in stained or muddy water.
