Guest Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 It appears to be immanent at this point. I don't know how much rain will fall, but it will be a lot. This might be a good time to post your rain gauge data or general observations on flooding. Most of us live on different areas of the lake. So the folks in rogers will have different data than the Fayetteville folks. It appears the Benton county area has 4" of rain already, whereas the head waters hasn't received much rain, maybe half that total. Ya'll be safe out there!
Guest Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Both white river gauges are not working right now. So the water level is much higher than illustrated on the hydrograph. It's a dangerous scenario for people crossing any low level bridges at night.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted December 27, 2015 Root Admin Posted December 27, 2015 According to the Corp site, 4 inches at Beaver and at Table Rock. 4 more forecasted for today. In November the trigger point for TR was 920 feet - they opened flood gates. Not sure what the level is now since PP is 915 feet.
Alex Heitman Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Phil Table rock has already jumped to almost 917.5
Guest Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 5"+ already in SE Fayetteville, about 2 miles from the White River.
Guest Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Dead horse mountain road & Molly Wagnon road bridges are both under water. I'm sure there are many more.
Guest Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 The COE has stopped generating for the moment. I have no clue, other than making repairs.

Could be that they want to slow down the flow into TR? TR has gone up a foot in the last 3 hours. Little Sugar is out of its banks here in BV, golf courses by 71 are all flooded. Lakes are all overflowing at the spillways, water is brown.

Bet the big cats are accessible from the road shoulder where Tanyard Creek feeds Windsor. They've been known to do that anyway... :-) Greasy B 1 I can't dance like I used to.
