cheesemaster Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Launched at Big M around 11:00 am. Had 6 total with 1 keeper. Slow day. 5 of the fish came on a worm and 1 was on a jerkbait. Left 10 minutes before dark. Sounds like I should have went to long creek. It was a "beautifully" slow day!!! I would take it again tomorrow but I have to work...dang!!! merc1997 Bo, Champ188 and Kee sims 3
merc1997 Bo Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 a bad day of fishing beats a great day of work. glad to hear that someone had a chance to get out. plus, you did catch a few. bo Kee sims and cheesemaster 2
176champion Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Way to go Cheese..a decent day of fishing cheesemaster 1 I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
Quillback Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Sounds like a fun day. Considering that the lake went up 15 feet and now has come back down to where it was a few weeks ago, I would think the fish are a bit confused. cheesemaster 1
Quillback Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Hey Cheese - what is the water clarity around Big M?
cheesemaster Posted January 25, 2016 Author Posted January 25, 2016 I spent most of my time up Roaring River and it was gin clear -10 to 12ft visibility . The Big M area probably had 5 to 6ft visibility I would say.
