Members Dollar Bill Posted April 15, 2016 Members Posted April 15, 2016 After I had found those those white sows I wanted to share my luck with a couple of fishing buddies and that turned out like it usually does... They weren't biting! They were there on the graph but just wouldn't hit very well. I did scratch out a limit in only 10 hours even tho my starting battery gave up and left me graphless and towed (thanks Steve & Gary!).... Water got up to 61.7° MJREDDY, Kramr and Slippery 3 Is this fun or what!
Members Dollar Bill Posted April 15, 2016 Author Members Posted April 15, 2016 The bonus of the day was my personal best largemouth! I've got an old 7-6 on the wall and this fish is bigger. Caught by accident on an umbrella rig and photographed and released unharmed. You'll recognize her if you catch her by her deformed upper lip which probably got injured in her youth leaving her bottom lip protruding 3/4" further out. jtram, crappie-hunter, BilletHead and 4 others 7 Is this fun or what!
Kramr Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo jealous. You should have said some like, she'll fillet up swell. BTW, poodle or doodle? Dollar Bill 1

Lifes2Short Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Thanks for putting her back in the H2o Dollar Bill, what a beaut! Nothing makes me more sick then seeing folks kill the big ones. I don't have issues with the 15-17 inch being kept if someone wants to but it makes no sense to me that they keep and kill the big ones......just my .02 worth. LoweSTX175, Dollar Bill and MJREDDY 3

I'm going to do the same thing with Walleye this year. I'm turning larger ones back to fight another day at a bigger weight. I won't even keep a LM bass anymore. I let all of them go back into the lake.

Seem like they are smarter than most. Also seem very calm. People are surprised when they see a standard because they are used to the miniatures. If I owned another dog, it would have to be able to go fishing with us. Dollar Bill 1
