After I came home from fishing,  parked boat in the front yard, took the kids to the farm, came home and my neighbor came over to let me know someone was in my boat looking around,  I guess to steal what ever after dark. So now the boats in the garage,  it's good to know I have neighbors who keep an eye out.  By the way the public restroom at highpoint was spray painted on the door, of male private parts, what the heck is wrong with people these days. And the dumpster painted, Home of the master baiter. Looks like I'll launch at Cedar Ridge from now on.

People need to straighten up some. At that facility.   Nice place nice people nice community

"home of the master baiter"  lol...this made me chuckle.  It was a for real sign outside of a stockton bait shop years back.  ILl try to dig up the picture.

It was the name of that bait shop. Pretty cool place back in the late 80's.

I remember a lot of stops for minnows at master baiter when I was a boy, now I'm 41, 29 years ago. Sure wish I had the money to rebuild there with the same name,  sure saw a lot of big flat heads in the tank outside there door growing up.

Remember that shop as a kid. My pick was on the wall with my dad and great uncle with a 45lb flathead we caught running lines at Aldrich. Wish I had that pic now to show my boy. The new store across the road just changed up the name to Bait Masters. Guess they couldn't handle the original name. Haha.

I think the Masterbaiter had a truck or van too. Used to laugh about it. The theft thing drives me crazy. If you go on my place at night you will be met by a couple of rottweilers. Good luck they run 35 mph and can crack the back of an armadillo with one bite.

Me too. A couple of years ago somebody stole all of the chrome valve stem caps from all of my trailer tires, even the spare. Loss was maybe three bucks, but still torqued me off. Replaced them with black plastic ones that were less attractive. The guy at the tire shop near down town Stockton gave me the plastic caps, wish I could remember the name of his shop, it was really appreciated! Just put new tires on the trailer today, and they replaced the stems and put chrome caps on them. Hopefully they won't be too attractive to thieves!
