merc1997 Bo Posted April 20, 2016 Author Posted April 20, 2016 what a difference a day makes. got again for a bit last night and there was not a thing going on that i could find. should have just kept at it all night while they were active. really goes to show how much weather can throw a kink into things, and how, when you can, can increase the catching by picking the times when conditions are right. i had a great suspicion before leaving the house yesterday evening that the weather was not going to be in favor of a good bite. however, a bad fishing trip still beats working. bo 176champion and Mitch f 2

SplitG2 Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 Great info Bo. Many of us talk ourselves into where we want them to be. In reality there's still a bunch of them out there patiently waiting their turn. Similar to the fall rut in the woods.
