BTW guys, I don't want to be misleading in that I'm fishing right near Big M, there are sometimes I do fish close, but it could by anywhere from the mouth of the Kings to Eagle Rock.  And of course, I won't name exact locations.  I'm launching out of Big M, and just trying to figure out where they are on a particular day.  One of the spots that was red hot a week ago, held just a few fish yesterday.

I hear ya.

I have read so many times about the "Big M Area" that when I saw where the little inter-company jackpot was launching, I got pretty excited.

Don't I just show up and 4-5 pound bass stand in line to be chosen for a boat ride :)

Jeff, I was joking about coming over to Big M.  That is another hour drive from the dam area and I'd rather spend that drive time chunking a lure.  The dam area will be crowded but we can get out early on Sunday and Monday and get off the water before the boaters wake up.  If anyone sees our maroon and silver Ragin Cagin with the 150 Johnson near the dam area, stop by and say hi.  We proudly display the OAF sticker on the driver's windshield.  Good luck to all this weekend and be careful.

That would be me if i fished Big M and i might not even get a T-shirt...

I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything!

Heading out Sunday and Monday morning for the early bite. Looks like I'll be heading to the big M area.

Quill, thanks for the pictures. Well done

Mike

Good luck with morning topwater, I had a lot of fun catching a lot of 14" fat spots but could not get a keeper up in the white, until I started watching the graph and got a grub down to 25'-30' and caught some keeper lg mouth. Keep an eye out for those deeper fish if the top water isn't producing keepers.
