Many would say the pseudo spawn in March. I disagree. My numbers and size have been better from late May to early July. My two largest fish were both in the first week of July. My limit days have been in June. huntest, Champ188 and Hughesy 3

I share because what I do, that works, is a series of things that most are not willing to do. Too much work, you know? If someone is willing to listen and apply that which I share, they are welcome to enjoy the results. It is nearly spoon time. We need to go hunting together. top_dollar and Muddy Water 2

I am really hung up on that technique lately, I don't know why it is so appealing to me. I think it is the expectation of that hook up. Have you ever tried the Eire Dearie? I have a friend who suggested that I try them. I ordered some, I will share.
Ellros Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 I've caught a few smallies while trolling spinners similar to the Erie Dearie. I tip them with a nightcrawler or plastic grub. dan hufferd 1
bfishn Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 An Erie Dearie is what I pull when they're deeper than any of my cranks will go. 1 oz with a half a crawler and a treble stinger. Best when the fish are suspended off the breaks and you're dragging open water. I can't dance like I used to.
