Russell Doughty Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Took my 16 yo grandson out for his first round of trap. The little fart broke the first clay he ever shot at and hit over 50% of the rest. He out shot me!! Now he wants to go dove hunting with me. I'm a very proud grandpa! ness, Johnsfolly, laker67 and 4 others 7

Russell Doughty Posted August 12, 2016 Author Posted August 12, 2016 Marty, it's too depressing. Johnsfolly and BilletHead 2
MOPanfisher Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 I don't care what all they say about video games and kids, some kids develop a fantastic hand eye coordination with them. Once they figure out the mechanics of hitting a clay bird or one with feathers they are pretty dang salty.
Russell Doughty Posted August 12, 2016 Author Posted August 12, 2016 MOpanfisher, he is a video game nut like his dad and big brother. He told me one time that he learned the M-1 Garrand was the u.s. infantry rifle in WWII. Kind of gave me a new respect for video games. BilletHead 1
MOPanfisher Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 My son learned about the Garand and Thompson Sub Machine gun the same way, heck maybe the same game.
MOPanfisher Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Alright ladies and gents, tomorrow is the dove opener, where we get up way to early, and try to shoot some doves. Be safe, have fun, be respectful and coueteous, and enjoy the hunt.
