Best cheap hot sauce is valentinas. If you want something a little different check out RADS barrel aged, lots of garlic.

Best fish taco "drizzle" I have came up with is a sour cream base, thinned with fresh lime juice, add sugar & fresh cilantro. + Beer battered fish. Shredded cabbage. Cheese & Pico. On a flour tortilla.
