I got out today around 830 from MN.  I got  out looking in the channel swings again.  I notice some schooling fish out on some flats and chased them down.   I hooked up a hand full of whites and a few spots and LMB.  About 10 am all the surface activity stops and I continued to cruise channel swings.  I found some nice schools of fish and dropped a drop shot, but I wasn't getting bit as fast and furious as I thought I should have been so I tried a white spoon. That was all the difference,  I couldn't drop the spoon with out catching something. Caught 10-15 fish in one spot.  Small striper, spots and whites.  They were schooled up thick.  That lasted about an hr and then disappeared.   Nothing big but fun as heck!   Fish really seem to be feeding aggressively from 8-11am and then 5-dark .  Here's a few pics

Awesome Dan. Itchin' to get out this week. Have yet to master dropping a spoon. sounds like the time is right. It looks like the fish are only 15-20 ft. down. Thanks!

They were moving a lot up and down.  They would come up and dive down.  It was really cool to see them react to the spoon.  Some would spook and dive down and others would shoot out from 35 to 10 feet and hammer it.  Electronic fish is pretty cool.

Got out later today.  About 930am.  It was a grind today.  I marked a bunch, but with the wind blowing me off them constantly I only managed a spot, LMB and a white.  I fished 8 spots today. 4 of them had fish.  Like I said though, the wind had me off them before I could get'em.  Oh well, next time I reckon.
