Most tournaments I've seen are not won in the glaize but either around the gravois or within 4 miles of it. "Bother" meaning they are still catchable? Well yeah. But these are LMB we are talking about here. Shouldn't the best fishing come from flatter shallower upper end areas with cover, instead of steep bluffy lower end areas with the fish suspended and doing the majority of their feeding offshore ? My point is that their habits are changing because they can't maintain a home range. Of course we'll always figure out ways to catch them. Our LMB are acting more and more like Stripers and White bass as time goes on.
