Where is the slime NOT

So, I've heard there is algae/moss/slime from KC to the dam. Is there a stretch of lake where it is not as prevalent?

My end is not bad, so somewhere between HI and KC.

It's getting less everyday, with this wind it will break it loose and I think really with the water temps where they are it will be mostly gone by this weekend.  You will see like Dewayne posted that there is sections with it in the water column and floating, but it is getting completely beaten off today.  We have easy 4 plus footers in front of Clevenger today with the wind coming right out of the South and that stretch being a 5 mile straight shot North.

Don't worry about the moss, it is not hurting this fishing a bit.

Thanks. Intend to fish a lot next week with my son. So far, he hasn't had the best of luck with algae or weeds on other lakes. 

Had not considered the impact of wind on it.

Happens every spring, some worse than others. Way up almost every main river will be the least amount with the dam area usually the most.
