There are many trips where I can get out of the boat & stretch. I've got to embrace these changes or face the consequences. Good luck to all of you that are suffering or worse. oneshot Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I do 10 minutes on Cross Ramp, Stretching, then 1 hour Weights, then 1 hour Aerobics in the Pool 3X a week and Yoga 1 hour 1X a week. Hey have more Women around at the YMCA. 15 years ago I was looking at a Wheel Chair. oneshot
