I eat largemouth bass and smallmouth bass too if that makes you feel any better. I eat the big fat females with eggs too.  

Moot point, because anyone with that mentality likely doesn't catch many LM or SM anyway. They're pretty smart creatures.

I disagree, LM and SM are popular sport fish due their willingness to hit large easy to cast lures. I would have to put carp ahead of bass on being hard to catch on the same rules bass fishermen apply. try to go out and catch five carp on artificial lures. I would have to put drum and catfish up there to if I was to try to catch five under the same rules bass tournaments put on anglers.
