The release dropped from 20,000 to 13,000 cfs this morning when Table Rock's level hit 927 feet.  This dropped the level 2 feet below the dam, about 6 inches here at our dock.  But there's a big difference in current on our portion of the lake, is much less.  They shut 5 gates off, leaving 5 open.

Duane had a trip this morning.  I'm sure he'll post it late.  They did well in the trophy area, then dropped down and caught some eating fish.

The big school of rainbows that were down close to Monkey Island are now centered at Cooper Creek -- they're catching them pretty good drifting out in front of the resort with Gulp Eggs.

We'll get out later today and tomorrow and see just how good (or slow) it is and report back.

Thats Awesome news!  A few more days to go... Got the itch.  Was worried with the recent rains they may have kept it at 20k or increased.

Saw today they dropped generation a bit, looks like combined release is finally below 10k.  Any reasoning behind this?

Don't know, but the decrease come from the turbine side which is strange.

63 degrees coming over the top and 52 coming from underneath.

Wonder if some of the decrease in flow is due to the ongoing search for the missing person in the flash flood. Divers have been searching today on the submerged sand bar below where Cooper creek enters the lake. I am surprised they haven't shut everything down for at least some time to aid in the search.

Just got down, looks like they just closed the gates.  Not sure why or for how long, but it's still flowing real good...

Size of the fish at the kiddie pool is promising...  There's some bruisers swimming around in there.
