Members lundone Posted June 18, 2017 Members Posted June 18, 2017 Ran across this company's site and wondered if anyone on here had done business with them. Sure looks like something old men like myself could use. http://ezeestep.com/ezeewp/
rps Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 I knew nothing about them until I saw this. I need to install one, or a similar product, I have become too old and too fat to shimmy in and out of the boat, esppecially when I am trying to make it to the tongue without getting my feet wet.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Not sure if it's that brand but Bass Pro has them on their display models.
zarraspook Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 I had to get a set, after my back surgery.. they work well.. the old boy that makes then and I had a slight difference in just what I wanted and he sent what he thought I needed ... But, I told him that I had about 10,000 fishing buddies between here and the west coast (closer to 3,000)... He called me back and ask what I needed to make it right; and he did with no additional charge in making or shipping.. You will have to do some measuring on your boat because; each set is hand made to order... lundone 1 "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"
Kramr Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Had a man-step on my last 2 boats. Wouldn't be without it. I'm 65 but you don't have to be older to appreciate them. Comes in handy when you're trying to keep your feet dry while launching.
dan hufferd Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 If you fish in the winter. Unhooking the boat can get dicey. A step would be good even for a fairly fleet almost 50 guy. The only bad I see, a step could get into ones vehicle.
oghfm Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Put a single step which cost about 25 bucks on the left side of my super guide trailer, step on the folded jack then the step, easily grab the frame of my Millenium seat and my fat 67 y/o bod is up there pretty easily. Cheap but a lot easier than before. Did I mention I'm cheap.
