Hello all.  New to the forum and just found it over the winter.  I live a few miles from a ramp on Stockton and haven't fished extensively since the 80's!

 High time I got going again.  Have ordered a new Heritage from Basspro and waiting for word to come pick it up.  Like to fish for about anything, but love to eat panfish and bass.  I'll try not to fish it dry .  It's been so long I don't know where to start.  Dug out the old Mitchell spinning reels and oiled them up.  Need new line!  I'm still trying to figure out what to buy for the boat.  Got a hank of rope from Wally last week....There must be something else and I'll figure it out once I get on the lake I'll wager.

Don't laugh at my first few launches.  It's been 30 years!

Unfortunately they say I don't get that until after the boat.  Extra gas tank and some plugs should use that up!

Nothing like jumping right in.  Welcome to the forum.   Great group of people here.   You know for each reply,  you have to give that member a day on the water in your new boat...., right?  I guess I'm in line.

Why not!  Got it yesterday.  Got the licenses today.  If it ever warms up and stops snowing I can get the numbers on the nose.
