Stump bumper Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 It could go either way, but once the sun returns and the flowing water is warmer than the lake it should bring in the shad. Having all the food up shallow is always a good thing, but cold muddy water is bad. I still think that the bigger fish will move in to feed up from their winter hiding spots, I look forward to throwing a cast net anyway.
