Line Size or Color Which Matters?

Ok I have a thing for Green Fishing Line but can't always find Line in the Weight I want in Green. Does color really matter?

I typically use either clear Yo-zuri hybrid or moss green P-line CX Premium. I tend to find myself catching more fish on the green stuff. But that might be because I use rods with that line on it more since I like the way that line behaves more.

Ive been using that moss green a lot the last two years and have had really good luck with it
