Members Flyhog85 Posted April 6, 2018 Members Posted April 6, 2018 Whats the furthest up stream from rush that smallmouth can be caught for a good time this time of year? Early wanting to do rush to the white but we are limited on time so looking to put a buddy on some fish while sticking to our time frame.

Flysmallie Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 It's been a while but I'm very partial to the stretch from Gilbert to Maumee.
grizwilson Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 As @Flysmallie says Gilbert to Maumee is a good fish/float, watch the water levels, most of the river is pretty good early in the year, in the summer the entire river is a zoo especially on the weekends. “If a cluttered desk is a sign, of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?”- Albert Einstein
