Tore them up yesterday up from Conner's bridge around the bluffs.  Started throwing a War Eagle spinner bait just to see what was out there and like the second cast I brought a fat chunky 15" white to the canoe.  I just kept parallel to the bluff throwing that spinner bait and ended up catching 6 whites all between 13"-16" and a channel cat that would have gone at least 18" had I actually measured it.  Great day fishing for just 3 hours work.  About noon I started heading back downstream along the bluff but the bite had shut off by then.
