Newbie in Ozark

Greetings. Just a hobby fisher, with some floatables and two 9/10yr old girls that love to be out on rivers and fish. Been trying to make the Finley a good getaway spot with fair to middling success, but figured the real way to get familiar around here is learn from the pros/natives.

Grew up in the Nevada/Bolivar area, got married and moved to deep Oklahoma red dirt territory. Finally moved back here to the land where things are actually green in the summer. Mainly good at catching sunfish and bluegill and smallies now and then. Definitely willing to learn more so the kids and I can have fun.
