Don't buy anyone's USED system.  Steering is not the place to cut corners and get off cheap.

I’d go with sea star pro if you have the cash

I agree, steering is life and death do not skimp. Sea Star system I installed was straight forward and easy to install. I love it. It does require regular checking and inspections.
